Returns and refunds
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the
original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, these are not refundable. If we have charged you for shipping costs, these will be refunded if the original order is being returned.
Returning through the mail
With the above mentioned returnconditions in mind you can return your purchase through the mail with
the returnform which was send with your package.

Returning in our shops
Items can also be returned in one of our five shops. Please send a message through the contactform you'll
find on our website, state ordernumber and articlenumber and fill in the returnform which was send to
you with your package. You can only return your item in our shops, there will be no cash money given back
to you. Refunds will be deposited on your card or bank account within 14 days.
